Man, this will be a really hard fight for my gymmate Jarno. He will probably go to UFD Gym a lot the upcoming weeks to train grappling with the dagistanis over there (Abus etc.). If he wins this, he will probably get a top 25 and eventually a ranked opponent, a real shortcut. If he loses this he is 1-3 in the UFC and since he signed for 4 fights, not sure if he gets a new contract, probably not.

George Ramm has joined Jarno's team as his wrestling coach. George Ramm won medals at the Commonwealth games in Wrestling and is currently Austria's national team wrestling coach. George has been living in the Netherlands for years now because his wife is Dutch.

Diniz hype ends against Williams: Lane takes him without problems with football tackles while he had cardio in the tank. Williams may not be the most technically gifted, but his fighting style consists of takedowns and control. If Karl don't be caught early or gassed late, he's winning in an unentertaining way.
